As a service provider for publishing houses, agencies, media service providers and marketing / communication departments we offer you full service for the implementation and operation of cross media production systems. SNAP disposes of a large portfolio of software solutions which we combine to tailor-made production systems for our customers. As those systems are widespread standard systems, costs for implementation and operation remain manageable.

For years the respective manufacturers are being active on the market and thus guarantee a continuous development which is also being influenced by the feedback of our customers. Customization of these standard systems is made by a team of expert developers. 

For the implementation of its customers’ projects SNAP employs a team of experienced consultants. Some of our staff have formerly been working for years in positions of responsibility with publishing houses. 

During runtime of the systems, our customers are invited to use the SNAP Support Hotline which is available daily between 08 a.m. and 12 p.m., and which proactively monitors the system via NAGIOS. 

Some customers get their production systems hosted by SNAP, some client programmes being made available online via Terminal Server. For this purpose SNAP cooperates with the Hamburg based professional data processing center mcs (www.mcs.de). The result is successful projects and satisfied customers.
