We jointly offer our customers the following services: • IT systems technology• Network and safety technology• Internet Services (particularly hosting and housing in an Internet data center)• System Support 24/7 • Managed Security Services • Data Center• Proactive System Monitoring• End User Hotline und Support Some editors’ working stations are also operated via terminal servers (Microsoft or CITRIX) located in the professional data center.
