The established tool for the automation of print output is laid out to standardise and accelerate the print output and PDF production using InDesign, InCopy or an Auto-version even within the K4 Publishing System.
MadeToPrint InDesign Auto K4 is designed particularly for the seamless integration into the editorial system of SoftCare based on InDesign and InCopy. Just as MadeToPrint InDesign auto, the Plug-In renders its (output) service at the interface between the editorial office and production – unmanned, fully automatic. In addition, MadeToPrint auto K4 offers special functions for editorial systems, such as for the processing of XML / Jobticket information and the status-controlled printout of documents, which are checked out from a database and checked back in again.

MadeToCompare

Whenever these documents are edited, maintained, changed or released by several users, the question of control of versions or auditing arises.
MadeToCompare for InCopy offers exactly this function – the Plugin provides a reliable auditing control for the K4 Publishing System. The Plug-in analyses versions of opened InCopy documents and subsequently presents all text-related changes in a dynamically generated HTML document. MadeToCompare systematically locates changed, deleted or inserted words, deleted or added blanks, interlinear spacings and shifted paragraphs. For comparison the results of the examined documents are displayed in a browser with all differences being graphically accentuated by punctuation marks.
