Enfocus Switch
Enfocus Switch is used for external automation processes (e.g. transfer LoRes PDF to Typo3 or automatic sending of PDFs to the print shop). Switch is available in three functional stages of expansion. These facilitate the optional realization of automations in document management (sendout, receipt, filing, etc.), document processing (for example dissolution, color space, preflight etc.) or other complex automation stretch lines (for example DeviceLink conversions). Operating cycles are visualized and configured in a process diagram. There is a variety of modules for Switch which easily integrate external applications into the workflows. An internal Client Application facilitates direct and controlled intervention into work cycles in order to process job definitions which cannot be performed by automated processes.
