Topix AG, the Swiss system partner of ClassWizard integrated for the first time ClassWizard with SoftCare K4, the current market leader for magazine production systems, in cooperation with the Hamburg SNAP Innovation Softwareentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH. The system specialists only required a few weeks for the realization of the project «K4 goes newspaper», the development of a bi-directional interface ClassWizard-K4 for the «Anzeiger» of the St Galler Tagblatt AG. Since the beginning of April 2007, the main edition and two regional editions of the periodical are being produced with ClassWizard and SoftCare K4 with a clear distribution of responsibilites: SoftCare K4 establishes and manages the editorial contents, ClassWizard plans, links and positions ads and editorial sections and forwards all pages to the respective edition workflow process.
