vjoon K4 Version 14 – Update is here

The new version 14 of vjoon K4 is again focused on the requirements of modern work environments.

After the previous versions 12 and 13 brought enhancements to the browser editors and new security features (including support for the OpenID Connect protocol), version 14 improves the possibilities for collaboration in teams.

Change tracking can now also be activated in the K4 Content Editor, so that authors now have full control over the history of their story here as well.

To compare two versions of an article, vjoon K4 has long offered RevisionManager software. This plug-in is included free of charge as an integral part of the K4 software with version 14.

Another challenge of distributed working is the rapid updating of the software, also to counter the increasing threat to the IT infrastructure from security breaches. With version 14, the K4 clients for Adobe InCopy and InDesign can obtain and install updates via the K4 server.

As always, the new vjoon K4 version also supports the latest software generation: Windows 11, macOS Ventura and version 18 of Adobe InCopy, InDesign and InDesign Server (Adobe 2023).
